It would... maybe be unprecedented for them to say, arrest her if she ever is on/in any of the areas of the Capitol they have jurisdiction over... but you can make a case that that's within their lawful powers.

If you blow your load all in round one, and this doesn't instantly capitulate your opponent, you then have to survive all the other rounds, while exhausted, depleted.
If your entire strategy revolves around having the capacity to execute attacks with overwhelming force... you can't do that when you are exhausted and depleted.

I've been using Bazzite for almost 2 years now, and my... personal experience + amalgamation of all the various benchmarks of linux distros vs windows that I have seen is that basically, its variable per certain games, but generally, Cachy and Bazzite both beat Windows by roughly 5-15%, over a broad selection of games, and Cachy sometimes has a slight edge over Bazzite, and maybe works with brand spanking new games a bit earlier.
So basically maybe slight edge to Cachy, in terms of overall performance, but... its not exactly super clear.
I would imagine they would be lower on this chart than the cruise ship, cruise ships are kind of notorious amongst ship types as being just obscenely resource intensive / wasteful...

The number you'd get out of the kind of calculation there, it could change a lot based on the overall design / route / intended speed of the ship, the kind of engine used (it could potentially have a hyrbid electrical drive system), the blend of fuel used, etc etc.
