  • What was that? 90? 91? AST With a 286/SX 12.5MHz on a maybe 2800 baud modem? Running double? Tiger BBS? (Hee!) oh my God, those were the days…

A little taste of back then

    Mad respek, buddy

  • Case in point

  • Decades past? YouTube has been indiscriminately censoring shit like this for a very long time.

  • Eventually, I think so, but it happened quite a bit later

  • Oh.

    What an incredibly rare honorarium.

    Thank you

  • Consider that maybe around 5-8%

Even the most conservative estimates consistently place it around 10-12% (and this is supported by decades of sociological research from around the world). And that’s the people who openly admit it. The actual number is likely far higher (speculation is 15-25%, but it’s only speculation), especially when you consider “incidental attraction“, which accounts for those who are only “sometimes attracted“ to the same sex. Aka Bi/demisexuals.

The real mistake is trying to reduce sexuality to a number or a statistic. That said, your estimation is way below the mark.

  • Now what you’re commenting on is the inherent laziness of people nowadays, and how they don’t really bother to express themselves very clearly anymore. it’s a very real problem that leads to a lot of miscommunications, especially online when vocal tone is absent from interpersonal interactions.

I blame our failing education system for that, alongside the forced brevity of online communications.

  • Who, Kimmel? Or Talarico?

Do you have a source for this?

  • In casual conversation, when referring to an artist, an actor, comedian, etc., when someone says “I don’t like X“, it typically refers to their performance/art, not to them personally.

For example, I never really liked Monet. I certainly never knew the guy, so I can’t comment on him personally, so what I really mean is that I never really liked his art.

Yes, it’s vague and deserves clarification, but there it is. English is a messy language.

  • They want freedom for their speech, not anyone else’s.

  • Sorry, but my shower thoughts are completely fixated on how incredibly disappointed I am that Hassan piker shaves his body.

He’s still super hot, but hairy guys that shave their body are a huge turn off for me.

  • I suppose the real Takeaway here is that none of us really know what goes on behind the scenes…

  • It will probably get more views on YouTube anyway

  • I remember before the word ‘internet’ existed. I remember when people were happy enough conducting their own business on their own computer. Alone.

I’m sure the mere idea shatters your soul.

That’s the world we grew up in. A lab of Apple IIs, with no network connection (not even to each other!). and all we had was 5.25” floppies. The horror!

  • Coaxial tension, my friend.

  • This absurd Trumpapaloozer convention is a huge gift the the Dems because the one thing that all of these GOP candidates want for Trump to do is to shut the fuck up about himself and how he has fucked up everyone’s life, and that is the last thing he’s going to do.

  • Uuhh… cheers?

    🥃

  • I am drunk and stoned, and even I damn well know that is some crazy shit you just said
