  • okay, well, this is basically every electronic device in 2026, so...you're not going to buy any of them, right?

  • It's just meaningless marketing nonsense.

  • Yeah HP haha

  • My dude absolutely throwing it back with Tourette's guy.

  • Dell did that recently but I'd argue that's also very dumb. Just get a laptop. Or a mini PC. There's no logical reason to cram it into the keyboard (or especially the mouse). I'm sure it's a terrible keyboard as well.

  • Just feed it to an AI, that makes it OK.

  • I don't know what to tell you, that has been my experience, and the experience of many others I have discussed it with.

Hating matrix because lots of people are on the flagship server is like hating email because most people use Gmail.

Well for one, yes, I absolutely do hate that most people use Gmail. This i s simply not the case with many competing protocols. For another, no, it's not the same, because Gmail makes no illusions of being private.

  • Slow loading, constant encryption errors, difficult to use, and way too many people on the flagship instance.

  • Not stupid at all when you're the one paying for storage.

  • "We had to redact these documents to protect the victoms! "

  • Yes but unlike Discord you can just ignore it.

  • It's not. Matrix is awful.

  • They don't have either.

  • Fluxer continues rapid development and is now self-hostable.

  • Anyone have a link to this map?

  • They would have to go back in time and apply those subsidies 15 years ago. Chinese are so far ahead at this point, US stands little chance of catching up. Couldn't hurt though.

  • Yeah I bet they did LOL

  • Paywalled. Who is "Democracy Protectors"?

  • I mean, it has cut jobs already...

It didn't. Again, companies are cutting jobs to appease investors and make it look that way.
