  • I use it to make sure that our pets don't go hungry for long. So that they don't eat everything and then have to wait for 6 or 12 hours until the next feeding. So I just feed them every two hours automatically.

  • My pets got fed through the entire outage. I did not care to get a 100% reliable solution, as it is just a convenience for us. Not something we rely on. Actually relying on 100% on this is a bad idea.

At this point the most annoying part for me has been the wild amount of emails and info about this outage.

  • He commented 17 years later, and did not even try to backtrack a little bit or give any further nuance... Damn, this is disappointing.

  • He drive 90mph (144km/h) in a school zone?! That is INSANE.

  • This was pretty much the only thing I used Google Assistant for. I bought six Google devices. I thought I would use it for more things, but I ended up just using it for timers when making food or when I was resting and wanted to rest for 30 minutes before I do some chore.

  • Cortecs.ai, I run Deepseek V4 Flash, Minimax M3, and GLM 5.2 from there. All hosted on European servers. You just add funds, and then use it until empty. No unexpected bill.

  • Seriously? Because I asked if something really surprising is true, in a world where insane things happens all the time? Before the current US administration I would have not felt the need to ask at all. Now fact checking it is the default mode of operation. Absurd things happen almost everyday now.

I am also tired as hell, due to very little sleep on a daily basis as a result of just being a father.

  • Yes, but does Samsung T&C actually have fighting for South Korea in case of a war?

  • I am out of the loop here, what is this?

  • "... if anything, people are trained not to download Word documents. Plus, he noted, looking at the blurred example in the report, the malicious document contained an additional apparently blank page which held the concealed prompts in white text."

Yep, defence starts with people not opening Word documents 🤦‍♂️

  • This hurts my eyes, I see both at the same time 🤔

  • I once saw a yakuza hitman killed, and then reborn as his arch nemesis' son. It was the ultimate revenge because he had full access to the breasts of the wife of his nemesis.

Absolutely hilarious. Not sure if it would have been made without AI being accessible.

  • Me: Buys mid-highend desktop Also me: Plays exclusively 2D roguelites, Minecraft and old games

  • Sex organ? Is this an American thing? Really bizarre to call breasts sex organs. It's fucking breast milk, food for children.

  • Me and my wife share socks. They are all black, all exactly the same. Who got time for sorting socks?

  • I don't always mention it if they are alive either. I try to pick my battles, and i'd rather focus on other boycotts such as those from BDS.

  • I agree that it breaks norms, is theft, is immoral, etc. but isn't sexual assault a stretch here?

Unless patented, are we not in a situation in which all publicly accessible code can be laundered through LLMs? If I find a source available code, I can just launder it?
