Why do they even entertain a call with him? What do we make that they can't digitally pirate? I know we export agricultural products, but is there anything else? And can they truly not develop their ag to make up for it? I assume corn is the dominant reason to keep talking to us, from my limited understanding of the market.
Just isolate us and be done with it. We're too toxic to be worth it.
All Yesterdays is exactly this. The first half reimagines dinos from how we traditionally view them (leaning into things like feathers and a t-rex sleeping) and the second half reinterprets contemporary fauna based on their skeletons to demonstrate how wrong we might be about dinos. It's a great coffee table book.
Omg, this made me chuckle in the best way. This is the most accurate comic I've seen in a bit. When I got an IT job, printers were so alien to me because I hadn't had one in many years. They're stupid and I hate them, but what are you gonna do.
I'm amused by the one dissenter who downvoted both of us. Hey dissenter: a ton of people agreed with our takes and only you disagreed. This isn't a forum for you. Go find a place where people share your views.
I mean, c'mon. At least serve Target steak. Y'know, that crappy company that's a step up from Walmart and turned its back on LGBTQ people because they are cowards.
I feel bad for this stupid idiot who wasted his money on a known conman rapist. If you can't read that level of sarcasm, stop using the internet.
They taught us that drugs were evil and done by bad people. The first time I smoked pot, I realized I was lied to and wondered what other drugs were like.
I'm so proud of my little hunters when we play with toys that simulate prey. They're so fierce. Larry will become fierce. Good job, hunter! Good job, good job!
"No court of the United States may use appropriated funds to enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order if no security was given when the injunction or order was issued," the provision in the bill, which is more than 1,000 pages long, says.
The provision "would make most existing injunctions—in antitrust cases, police reform cases, school desegregation cases, and others—unenforceable," Erwin Chemerinsky, the dean of the University of California Berkeley School of Law, told Newsweek. "It serves no purpose but to weaken the power of the federal courts."
This is the kind of legislation you would use to pave the way for fascism. It sets the stage for autocracy. It has in mind a ruler. There's no other explanation.
The original Macintosh had an Applications folder. App is what I use to cut through tech speak for people at work because the shortcut is less daunting. They have apps on their phone. They must not be scary like Programs and Applications.
Good point, but the one we had is now in Russia, I think? Great comment. Made me chuckle.
