  • The plot of Yellow Submarine is basically "the Beatles have a contractual obligation to make a movie but they can't be bothered, so let's get impressionists to voice cartoon Beatles and draw a bunch of drug-addled fuckery to illustrate some of their songs for an hour and a half."

In execution, it's a bizarrely compelling and beautiful piece of work that I enjoy a great deal despite not being into either the Beatles or drugs.

  • "Anything for a weird life."

Said by Zaphod Beeblebrox in the original radio version of The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy in response to being led by another character into the zany peril of the moment.

  • There's a version of that one I like which goes something like, "your right to swing your fist ends where my nose begins."

  • Consider that the publishers of those videos have a vested interest in showing you the ones that make the suspects look the most stupid. The cops get to click delete on the ones showing them harassing innocent people and/or otherwise looking foolish themselves.

  • Station Deep Space Nine has thrusters to move around with, which a moon wouldn't have. It's also set up to directly dock in space with and service ships and their crews more efficiently than an outpost on land would.

  • A fan wiki entry suggests the name for that fictional scientist may have been chosen for its closeness to "Einstein." One can hope.

  • I remember my family going to that one expecting a silly "haha they're trapped in old TV where stuff is old-timey" thing and unexpectedly getting something really genuinely special.

  • Kevin Smith is great at talking about his favorite subject, which is Kevin Smith movies.

  • She was so taken aback that her hair restyled itself.

  • But is Chrome your favorite browser?

  • Open the door...

  • There are many! The official ones by the Internet Archive are generally called "Wayback Machine," and there are lots of unofficial ones that bundle in functionality for other archiving sites as well. Look around on your favorite browser's repositories and find things to play with.

  • It took me all of fifteen seconds or so, but I do have browser extensions for Tineye and Internet Archive which sped things up.

  • Not on a phone they don't.

  • That's a trick answer, Time Lords speak everything.

  • I'm gonna activate the ship's autodestruct sequence.
