  • I don't think I've ever made them in an oven but I I've made plenty in a camp fire wrapped in foil the same way as potatoes.

    This recipe is very close to what I do, the only differences are that I go easier with the garlic, I don't add any water and I use more oil.

    PD: I don't dice the tomatoes, I grate them so I can discard the peels.

  • I think that it will start as an universal basic income but that it will evolve into universal basic products and services. Basic stuff you don't have to pay for, like for example food and public transport and in time expand to shelter, all levels of education, etc. To the point of covering all the basic needs.

  • I would start learning how to set it up in a way that I can live from passive income.

    Or just slowly spend it, at my current standard of living it would last me many decades without having to work a single day, I would probably keep working but less hours.

  • Regarding Sci-fi: Do you prefer it to lean more into the Sci element or the Fi element?

  • If it is too technically grounded and plausible where the more fiction part is that they got their shit together and actually did it, like The Martian I see it more akin to the adventures genre.

    Also the opposite, with Star Wars or Dune more closely related to fantasy, but in space.

    I like science fiction that requires technologies that don't exist that make the story possible, I don't care if it not based in reality and it is not well explained how it supposed to work, I care more about what it does and how it shapes the lives of those around it.
