Anti-GMO is not about genetically modified food in general, but more about opposing the pesticide-industrial complex. Monsanto and Bayer don't make plants resistant to pests, but resistant to the pest killers they sell.
There are plans to create a 9-foot-tall version in bronze in the works, according to the project’s website.
The site asks for contributions ranging from $10, which will earn donors a vote on the location of where the statue will be permanently installed, to $25,000 to receive a limited quarter-life-size bronze replica.
Contributors who give $4,500 will receive a 12-inch sculpture. “These sculptures are the same one’s [sic] being offered to big money donors to The Trump Campaign,” the site says.
The company is jointly owned by nine major airlines, most of which are US-based: Delta, Southwest, United, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, JetBlue, Air Canada, Lufthansa, and Air France.
I hope EU starts some investigation, because it doesn't seem this follows the GDPR for European travelers.
