  • Omelette du fromage?

  • Somewhat unrelated but a mod recently removed one of my posts that was apparently an AI generated meme. Good!

That’s not sarcasm. I posted it because it was funny and it passed my own slop filter (aka brain) and I’d rather it removed. Honestly, my bad for posting the crap! I only wish AI trash weren’t so prevalent.

  • I feel like making a joke about the eggs wanting to be treated like royalty and the rest of the produce voting them to that position against they’re self interest. But I can’t quite crack the right wording.

Sometimes It Just Needs A Bit Of Percussive Maintenance

  • Seems like most people forgot Musk is a nazi already.

A realisation I’ve had is that if everyone from this era went back in time to the 1930’s there’d be a lot of investing into the Nazi stock market for those stonks!

Genocide, war crimes and general harm towards humanity don’t mean much to a lot of people when personal gains or convenience are available.

  • An example from my day job which I’ve been doing for almost 20 years.

A customer, while looking at his phone, said what I was telling him was wrong with 100% confidence. The trick is he was looking at the same thing (in the catalogue) I was, which had the real answer. He was literally denying reality and it confused me at the time. I only realised afterwards he was reading off the AI results as if the AI was all knowing and had the true answer.

  • Jokes on you, I bought my fridge from LG.

Unrelated, but does anyone know how to stop my A/C from beeping out morse code adverts for McAfee?

  • Having that many comments and avoiding the list be like:

  • That’s kinda disturbing, not gonna lie.

It’s become a guessing game, whether someone’s just quoting AI verbatim these days.

  • I wouldn’t use a painted key in a lock. Any material debris in a lock adds resistance and that paint coming off in the lock pretty quickly.

I don’t know if that was the original commenters point but that’s why I wouldn’t.

Which key loses the most paint tells you a lot about that person…

  • Nah, a business with that name would dominate the market.

Just like that one scene from The Mummy

  • Yeah. Would.

  • Considering the far-right push to obliterate privacy, current and historically, it’s a really poor look for a company with a privacy product.

It’s rumoured that Australia will look to banning VPNs next for “protecting the children” after recently mandating proof of age laws to a bunch of services like social media and pornography.

  • Now that’s a good TIL!

Insert skeleton at the bottom for the projects you’ve forgotten that you started.

  • Damn, that would’ve made a much better title. My hats off to you for that one!

  • My front teeth are crooked. I was quoted $7,500 for braces. The moustache is free and pulls attention away from my teeth.

I would rather have straight teeth.

  • I normally don’t click on video links (usually can’t be arsed) but that was a good one!
