  • Ah, bucatini, the devilse pasta. Nothing like accidentally aspirating on your pasta sauce.

  • This work is based on literally a single test. Additionally the "better" code is only evaluated on speed of processing, not accounting for readability or extensibility, which are some of the bigger issues in production code.

  • Yeah I thought it was a fun movie too. It would have been nice to have gotten another scifi series that was more focused on fun.

  • "Real Death" will always be the first song I think about when hearing someone mention "Mount Eerie"

  • A couple that come to mind:

    • Crash Team Racing (basically Playstation Mario kart)
    • It Takes Two (Fun co-op game, although maybe targeted towards older players based on themes)
    • Boderlands (all support two players)
    • Rayman games (should play up to four, basically Ubisofts Mariolike)

Also a great website for these things https://www.co-optimus.com/

    • Kakuro
      • sudoku like puzzle game about adding up rows/columns
    • Slice and dice
      • dice based rpg, may be a bit much on a slow phone, but timing doesn't matter so it could work
    • Melvor Idle
      • Runescape idle, basically an rpg idle game
  • That's a great write up, along with your other comment.

I also suspect their infighting will continue to hamper them. Just looking at the speaker vote Im pretty sure they have an even smaller margin for speaker this time around.

  • Yeah, I hear it varys from person to person.

  • Are some of them redundant containers? That's just a lot of services to be running.

  • I've tried to watch it twice and I feel like I just am missing something about it. May be too random for me.

  • I believe a majority of military equipment is manufactured in the US, but would need to lookup a source. However, the government getting involved in the sale of US Steel and CHIPS act all show how there are active efforts to keep these things in the US.

  • It's like a game of tag, once an item is exchanged you best start running home!

  • Just wait until I pull out a five of a kind and show you who really knows how to play poker.

  • What movie or show is this from?

  • How so? I'm not saying it's perfect, but it's typically cheaper and more accessible for me.

  • I think this is one of the more depressing things I've read recently. Not only did the guy only get 17years for ruining thousands of kids lives, but he was serving time from home?

People like this don't deserve a pardon.

  • I think if you sat people down and showed them how much they pay for health insurance, showed what they got out of their medical insurance, and the actual cost of those procedures, that very few people would rate it highly.

For a system like capitalism that prides itself on market forces, no one has a clue about how and why insurance operates the way it does.

  • I get social security not being taxes (as its literally the federal gov giving money and then taking some back), but why wouldn't tips be taxed if they're just additional wages?

Like what is the logical arguement, and if they weren't why wouldn't I ask for all wages just be "tipped" to me?
