While it's possible this was just posted by a genuinely uncreative person who made an account for the sole purpose of asking this question (which also doesn't fit this sub), this is almost certainly just extremely poorly disguised astroturfing (maybe that's not the right use of the term astroturfing but either way, it's self promotion that's pretending it isn't).
