    what should be the amount of work hours per week? is there a threshold where it starts to affect your life?

  • My work won't let me take more than 37 hours a week.

    I want to, but because of the union, they can't let me. Instead, they call in extra help.

    The cool thing is when they can get extra help and they need to ask me if I want. I get doubled up in my wage and sometimes a bonus just for taking the shift.

    I won't complain as I can also take a second part time job but for now it's fine

  • I won't get into ranking crimes, but he's gotten out of some pretty hefty accusations and even verdicts.

    I am just saying, that there is no reason to believe that one more crime would be much different.

  • Personally, I would not be able to understand this, looking at the code (or any code). I appreciere that they shared a visualization of it. If you're hung up on the word "publish" instead of "share", "posts" or "shows", then I think its redundant

  • I just bought an used Ender v3 S1 pro with a sonic pad and a laser engraver for the equivalent of 215 CAD

    I have kept my V2 for now and plan to attach the engraver on it but at some point I am thinking of donating it to a school or local group / club.

  • Using PrusaSlicer, is there a way of getting a thicker (two layers, preferably) support base? See linked pic for what I mean.

  • This looks like a small print, suitable for experimenting. Try tilting it 45 degrees so that it is tilted against the bed. It won't have much contact to the bed but may need way less support and the layers may even strengthen the print.

    I'd tilt it so that the flat backside faces towards the bed but do try various versions, see how it goes and also evaluate strength

    Edit: oh... Hadn't seen the frame around it 🤦
