Like, give an example. Talk about , hey, how do we really know what blue is if we all see it different? Theres no way to know. Or, how is it that the government is run by billionaire pedophiles and nothing is being done? Or, are we really all here at random or did aliens put us here ? I like discussing all those topics
Woo I knew I'd get some comments like this! Good points. I'm only talking about the homeless people I see, who would 100% need some sort of guidance to be housed. You can't just pull them off the street and put them in an empty house is what im saying.
You need an entire program as you mentioned, for it to work. The good news is once you do that the issue should solve itself. The bad news is theres no way people are going to want to be taxed for those (becuase that's how they spin it. you pay for the taxes for these programs , when it should be billionaires) when they are already taxed to death and get nothing in return (in america)

Thats so great! But I'm guessing they dont have nearly the drug problem we have in the US.
Even in my small city, there are hundreds of homeless living in and around parks/bridges, usually fried out of their minds or looking to score a dollar for a steel reserve. Its sad.
We can have the community of ye olden pre internet tymes without the racism. Thats what I advocate for. I do want to go back to those times, while keeping the social progresses we've made.
The truth is if you took all empty housing and just threw unhoused folks in it, they'd become run down drug dens in the blink of an eye. Not to mention the maintenance that wouldnt get done. And the fact that nobody wants that right next to their house /apartment either, especially If they have kids.
You'd need a full time management team to make it possible. Obviously if we tax the rich and tax the hell out of properties owned but not lived it, and didnt pay billions to bomb children, it could be a solvable problem.
