  • Oh man, I remember the first story. Them meeting in court a 2nd time sounds like a sad story.

  • When copying from a browser, Ctrl + Shift +C causes something like the debugger to open.

  • That censoring of his voicemail transcript in text is art.

  • 72 up votes. Are we close to the removal stage yet?

  • The tokens are also gay. But they come with a free frogurt!

  • Garfield is a pretty good comic for starting out. I also have a pretty big collection of Garfield books. But they're pretty boring nowadays.

Good to know there's been some innovation in comics.

  • I wish there was some innovation in the online comics scene. Right now it seems like it's just GoComics buying up all the rights and displaying them one strip per page and you have to click to get to the next page. Comics for the most part could be pretty easily reformatted to fit screens because of the nice boxes they are contained in. Sure, there are some wall breaking comics that need to be kept a certain way, but you could flag those for viewing only in the original format.

I tried looking for an app for reading comics, and the ones that popped up first seemed more for anime smut than traditional newspaper comic strips. Would be so nice to go through some of the older strips by swiping on a phone, or even have a personalized comic strip page of dailies designed for you because it's nice to get a variety.

Maybe I just found a project for myself...

  • How about Adventures in Babysitting?

  • It won't change your search engine if you've set something else as your default. So just set it to what you want and then you're free to update Waterfox.

  • I don't really see much of a difference between all of these different choices. I tried to like StartPage but it didn't seem to be that great and I'd have to go back to Google every once in a while. Still want to check out Kagi one of these days.

  • Just the swarms of AI agents.

  • The main problem is that you use a tool to get the thing on, and then it constricts a LOT. You could think of it as such a tight ring that you would have a hard time seeing it around all the swollen flesh.

There's lots of craft beers on Canada now. At least, that's most of what I've bought lately but I don't drink very often.

Shout out to Granville Island Winter Ale. Goddam delicious!

  • Coulda been worse. I heard about someone who as a kid put a really strong elastic band used to castrated bulls on their weiner. After being unable to pee they finally told their parents. The emergency room had trouble figuring out how to cut it off without causing damage... But they did successfully.
