Yes! Bad shit remains bad shit. No matter the culture construct, or whatever else. No law, or ancient or divine message is going to change what's harmful and what's not.
To be fair, a professional therapist should have resources to share with you that you can use by yourself, such as stuff for impulse control, organization, etc.
Definitely has better training with that than most life coaches.
Looking at the study, 'female', or 'feminisation'/'feminization' isn't used once. But 'oestrogen' appears a lot.
I guess some of these materials interfere with hormone activity and they call that feminisation? Still puzzled.
Bisphenols: Mostly used in the manufacturing of polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins, bisphenols
are endocrine disruptors that mimic oestrogen , potentially leading to metabolic disorders, reproduc-
tive issues, and increased cancer risk even at trace concentrations (Maffini et al., 2006; Rochester &
Bolden, 2015)
PhP (Triphenyl phosphate): The most prevalent OPFR in our samples, TPhP is a confirmed endocrine
disruptor (Hu et al., 2023; Li et al., 2025). It interferes with oestrogen and thyroid hormone axes (Ji et al.,
2022) and is linked to obesity and metabolic changes (Wang et al., 2019)
BPA (Bisphenol A): Binds to oestrogen receptors and alters gene expression and hormone activity (Alon-
so-Magdalena et al., 2012). BPA has been detected in amniotic fluid, placental tissue, and umbilical cord
blood, indicating transplacental transfer. Studies have confirmed that BPA can migrate from synthetic
materials into artificial sweat (Wang et al., 2019), and dermal absorption is well established (Toner et
al., 2018). These findings led to the EU ban of BPA in thermal receipt paper in 2020, although it has been
widely substituted with BPS (ECHA, 2020)
BPAF (Bisphenol AF): Demonstrates stronger oestrogenic activity than BPA and is increasingly used in
thermal paper and plastic applications (Moreman et al., 2017)
RDP (Resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate)): Used as a substitute to TPhP, RDP is an emerging neurotox-
in and acts as an endocrine disruptor that interferes with thyroid and oestrogen pathways. It has been
linked to metabolic imbalances in animal studies (Xie et al., 2023). Scientists report stronger oestrogen-
ic effects than TPhP and RDP´s exposure showing metabolic disorders in rats and their offspring (Liu et
al., 2023).
You might have ADHD, and some other stuff as well.
There is the Executive Skills Questionnaire (ESQ-R), the Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults (DIVA-5), tests for mood disorders, etc. that a professional could do to inch closer.
The speaking out loud, mood shifts, lack of sleep and low appetite sounds like mania, maybe pre-psychosis states, and any related disorders, like borderline, bipolar, or schizophrenia to me. If you're in the middle east, it should be really easy to find a doctor to prescribe you some antipsychotics for it. In my experience, describing symptoms like that, they pretty much all are eager to prescribe them. And I am not a professional, the message is just "maybe, have a look at this" :)
Should antipsychotics be right for you, there's also another upside with most of them: weight gain. The only time in my life I put on weight was on antipsychotics and it was quite dramatic.
And yeah, I don't think you're healthy enough for Ramadan. I imagine showing them Suras about who should not do Ramadan could shut them up.
People will see each other in each other and the personal benefit in that. There will be more compassion, beaming of truth, still twisted people be left to their devices, without much power, as the rest are beaming and ruling the world. So there's no fear, no harm that can be done, just inner strength, equanimity, and community, while their twisted ways wither away, in this life or the next. Life and the world will become cherished. Everyone will have all they need, and can flourish. There will be a constant harnessing of this genuine kind and compassionate way.
Doom might come first, but at some point the aforementioned is gonna happen, I believe. Maybe we won't be humans then, but w/e.
Sure, maybe. But they didn't just phone stuff in - they were interviewed.
So, they interviewed this person, but not the guy who claimed he drove Trump -- as well as a victim -- and overheard pedo rape conversations, and described a murder which was consistent with death records?
And in both cases, they don't investigate?
I don't see the "phony fake calls" excuse holding up at all.
[…] local newspaper uncovered death records consistent with details described in the tip.
The allegations made against Trump and Epstein are unverified, and no public record exists that law enforcement investigated or confirmed their authenticity.
Are you saying, when someone is in a somewhat manic, or near psychotic state, and they want to get what's in their head on paper, that they should eat mints?
I was thinking ordinary practice might not have much of an impact in those states. But there's a lot on the other side of the argument, so I think, you're right.
Urgh, I have a recording device, but that's bs. It's completely different to writing. Also, the reasons we learned shorthand at uni (aside from not being allowed recording devices in court rooms) is that it's so much quicker to transcribe an interview from shorthand than listening to the whole audio, stopping, pausing, removing "uhm, ehm, pause" etc.
