  • On extended fasts you need some minerals mixed in with some daily drinking water. That's just what the internet went with as the name for it at the time. Some meathead youtuber coined it lol. His mix is outdated info these days.

  • Yep.

It's quite handy considering there's a desktop app too. So I also use it as an alternative to stuff like syncing OS clipboards between various computers, since the idea of Microsoft having access to mine gives me the ick.

  • Oooh a block-based editor, for an over-thinker I bet that's like crack haha.

Glad you discovered ways to organize your noisy mind. I'll have to share Capacities with a dear friend who has a mind more like yours.

  • I use Joplin mostly with a two way NAS sync, but it's not usually profound for me. Doesn't really include my day to day experience, and acts more like an external memory bank and junk drawer.

    Looks like this.

Really I've been relying heavily on Signal's note to self feature, while Joplin is more long form in my case.

  • Didn't know that :/ Hmm might switch myself then and delete my recc.

  • Something is, since conservatives appear to be the same organization operating globally now.

But I really think they're opportunists mostly just dumbly copy catting each other with se exceptions.

    Mind virus.

  • That's cool, I hope ONLYOFFICE gets some love one day too. I vastly prefer the GUI at least in the word processor. Also open source.

note I'm only using it for writing, can't speak to the rest of the suite

  • There's two extremes and the gradient between as I see it. One end of the scale follows their own code primarily and only respects laws they disagree with out of fear of social contract violations and the punishments. The other group follows and enforces all law without much critical thought about who is writing them and why. Unjust or not they don't seem to care. Then your middle grounders.

Partners and I have always been pretty strongly on the "our own code is primary" side. Probably because I wouldn't find someone with the other mindset attractive.

So, it really depends on what they did exactly. If I agree with them, I'm not saying shit. Although if I'm upset or not depends if we talked about it or not. If I'm just getting surprised by this, the sneaky secrecy behind my back would risk the relationship more than anything likely.

Tax fraud I wouldn't be okay with, so if they went and did it anyways or didn't talk to me about it beforehand that's game over.

  • Thank you for the fun times. I don't mod games, but other creative work I've done still feels real good.

Other than self entitled twat end users shitting up a comment section. Very loud minority.

  • I'm not amazed either. The remainder of the title now reflects reality

  • Are you familiar with the term "caked on?" Might be that. I guess you mean in general cuz this screencap in the article is very low resolution.

  • Not on your instance, no. The Canadians don't care.

  • I have some incompetent boomer ancient nepo hire for IT.

We have to use Outlook Web, Desktop 365 Excel.

But Outlook 365 is set to launch on startup. It's not set up the company wants us to use Web for...idk why. 365 Outlook doesn't connect to anything, yet it's installed and registered.

Kill me. I have to save PDF files to OneDrive so I can open them in Adobe Reader to select text because you can't in their shitty fucking outlook web app that won't let you download things any other way.

  • Now poorly enforceable!

Every day I'm happier I chose not to have kids.

  • Mid AF over here.

  • Time.

  • No brightness issues here with LG QLED.

There's of course the limitations of VRR itself and the implementation. Freesync only works within a frame rate range.

    I've seen strobe/flicker when it's too low.

I cap my GPU to 108FPS to prevent tearing, I leave VRR always on.

  • Only caught the tail end of that era, so elementary school. Probably some kid did, but I never heard about it.
