  • Nearly every weather app that exists is repackaging data from an official, tax funded source. Apps using weather underground data possibly being the only exception.

    Show me one that doesn't want location permissions and such. So now they've got Your data and can do as they please with it.

    If you're home the solution is simple. If you're not home, then they'll likely steal an inexpensive boomstick rather than your network gear.

  • I've switched to lithium batteries. People bulk when they see the price but they're actually cheaper in the long run because they last for ages.

  • If that type of play is your jam I would highly suggest getting into TENS. It's a little pricy up front for a good made for pleasure unit but you can can edge for as long as you'd like and turn a knob when you're ready. I use an ET232.
