Any broken glass in parking areas, no age diversity, dirty smelly unlit damaged hallways at all, smell of smoking in the buildings at all, not up to fire code in any way, the free parking around the area is totally full at any time of day, decorations of decks or windows banned, they don't start off with you previewing THE EXACT unit you'll be renting, they ever walk you through what seems to be a preview unit.
Ethics are important. We must deliberately remain correct. For only then, will progress be made. Judgement is not blind, but it is wise and thoughtful. Misunderstand humanity or people, and goodness is no longer in your hands. Always remember: the government exists for its people.
The weirdest part is people who think that disregarding or not having any code of ethics in order to make money are super smart or better people. I've genuinely run into people like this, who think they're grinding and being really clever, and people who aren't just haven't thought about what they're doing or couldn't pull it off and are inferior and don't deserve wellness in society.
I've found that, at least for me, I need to do social things, amazing things, and ceremony around it is also fine. Otherwise, I lose track of time and dark thoughts happen.
I encourage all to celebrate holidays or special events as much as you can, while you can. Every morning you wake up and can see and hear and smell and taste and feel and think. And if you're short somewhere in that list, you probably already understand what I'm talking about. Life is short and a lot of people want yours to be shitty. Don't let them win.
That being said, if you like playing videogames, don't let the people who don't appreciate that to make you feel like that isn't quality time.
....What?
