  • Aw c'mon, I kind of like yeeted, it's better than chucked. But then I'm in my 60s so I've seen a lot of slang come and go.

  • You pay to renew your vehicle registration. At which time you may also have to get smog tested, it's not every year.

  • But then I'd have to pay for shipping it from Germany, and probably a tariff on top of that

  • At least there's hope for a white shirt once you get where you can really clean it. A solid light color is doomed. (You'll probably never get it all out of a striped or dark shirt either but the demarcation line will be somewhat camouflaged.)

Remember to start with cold-water washes and repeat them without drying until you've tried all the different surfactants. Heat will only set the stain in harder.

  • Just be careful to use (at least) the same amount of kindness and consideration you would use for a co-worker or a friend.

  • Naoero if the referendum passes

  • He'll never believe the human again about being a goodboi, only seek approval from the cat

  • Does it smell nice when you drive over it? Does it allow rainwater to percolate? Can your vehicle get sufficient grip and support?

I guess maybe you're worried it will dislodge the rocks and make the surface uneven? Because otherwise it seems like a non-problem. If you make a point of squashing the tallest bits each time you won't even have to cut it.

  • Yes, police have been known to use the Waymo camera footage for reconnaissance.

  • It's okay Spidey, she's not Black Widow

  • If your wind power charged a battery and you hooked up to it nightly with your electric car, it could. Certainly if the municipal grid uses wind power.

  • Yes exactly

  • Pretty sure the billionaire scourge is worldwide and the list of worst dragons excludes royalty (looking at you, Thailand, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, etc) which tilts the numbers toward the US.

But as for the OP, people in the US don't use "holiday." We have a couple weeks of "vacation " annually if we're lucky. So the source is from elsewhere.

  • I believe the image is more about young folks today not having enough money to even start a family. Because of wealth hoarding, but by billionaires, not this guy. The use of "holiday" rather than "medical debt" and "student debt" leads me to think it's not about America at all.

  • Only buy in bulk what you can and WILL eat before it spoils. Staring into a cupboard that's empty except for a huge box of something that seemed like a deal but now makes you gag is .... a life lesson.

Since it's just you, buy cooking vegetables frozen in bags, so you can take out one serving and don't have to hurry to eat up the broccoli wilting in the fridge. Unlike canned, frozen veg keep their nutrients. Which you do need. Being unhealthy isn't frugal.

  • I mean, who wouldn't? How satisfying that would be if it weren't painful for the other. Tyson went for the ear, but probably just because trying a nose bite in a fight invites a head-butted.

  • Tru

  • I checked but it appeared to be commercial products like Doritos Milk. Not bastardizations like mine. Next time I'm going to try a fresh raspberry.

  • The creme works with the salty unsweetened peanut butter for me.
