He was impeached, not removed. The Senate didn't have 2/3rds vote then... And likely wouldn't now unless he oversteps and pulls power from Congress they don't agree with

It's the pulling power from Congress that Republicans don't agree/will actually stand against is the key. It would take what 20 Republican senators to say they've had enough.
Need a way to start suing representatives directly for not representing their constituents. Then maybe they'd care about giving up power. Right now they get paid to do less work, just copy paste whatever they are told. Doesn't matter who they hurt
