Artist, musical performer, and former derby skater from the Midwest.

I'm single, childless, and married to freedom and adventure.

ACAB, Anti-War, and I hate Democrats, Republicans, and billionaires. (Yes, even your favorite billionaire: the pop star, the philanthropost, the legendary athlete, or the soft-spoken investment guru who cosplays as middle class.) With each passing day I get a little closer to hating everyone.

Also, I refuse to use Donald's last name out of hatred for the man and his brand, FYI.

  • My favorite thing about maintaining a youthful appearance into my 40's is that every person who was ever been a jerk to me because they weren't attracted to me is already turning into a gargoyle, and I'm over here doing pretty okay with my fey blood. (Except for a slightly weird eye that will eventually get really weird, thanks to a genetic condition.)

  • I've never cheated, but I was once made to feel like I had because I was in (what I thought was) a casual relationship with someone who, it seems, took it very seriously, and I was seeing other people at the same time. There was no intent to hide any of this, it just wasn't discussed, and therefore I thought it was all okay.

I felt awful. I'm now very clear on my intentions at every stage of coupling with another person, and it was a good lesson to learn at a young age.

  • Sounds like an opportunity to educate someone.

    Grow up.

  • Not everyone lives where they're used.

    There's no need for sarcasm.

  • Yup.

I was more than a little proud that my city had the balls to prosecute and imprison a killer cop. Our governor pardoned this bastard shortly after taking office and now the motherfucker's back on the street.

    It's all 100% performative.

  • Enough people have died getting literally cooked in Tesla cars, unable to get out, for me to never want to get in one of them on purpose.

  • Fuck yeah.

We had it way better than we knew.

  • As a regular public trans rider here in KC, I keep my head on a swivel. I've ridden for years and have only had two dangerous close encounters with homeless people, but as some have said, it's unlikely surveillance will do much to change it. You're probably more likely, statistically, to run into danger driving or riding in a car. (Note that our streetcar line does have armed security though, so that's nice.)

It's security theatre and the footage is probably being sold to train someone's AI model and sent to the fed without a warrant to tag to the profile they have on you.

That said, I carry a stungun for my personal defense, but I 100% would not use public trans habitually without some means of self defense.

  • Much appreciated!

  • Everything is statewide when the billionaires own the federal governing apparatus, sadly.

    Our only power is local.

  • These motherfuckers are still going to be billionaires after this modest tax.

  • I like that, and feel similarly.

Like, great, you add that 'feature' to your product. I'm just not going to use it anymore.

  • I would love to see the term 'low-skilled' used more often within the context of LLM's and the manner in which people use them.

  • Yeah, that's not the case for me unfortunately.

  • Between this and the article on James Dolan, Wired's published a few bangers lately.

  • Hello dual-boot brother.

    Same.

  • Whoa.

  • Nice.

My employer just switched away from Adobe, so thankfully, haven't see those issues.
