  • Its a neat tool in its own respect, I was initially mildly impressed by them. Its being sold like magic beans though, which is why its so hard to understand what is actually going on with them. The very real effects on the economy, the power grid, and the environment all speak for themselves. It's just gone completely manic in a way that I feel justifies the FUD.

  • I injured my back 6 months ago with bad form and core exercises and stretching have helped it heal. You also have to remember to engage your core for it to support your back. Still, I have to be vigilant not to flair it back up. Knee and lower back injuries can take years and years to finish healing and they never heal completely.

Youtube has gone down enough in quality to where I would probably just dump it if they manage to hamfist the ads back in. The algo is straight up terrible at keeping me engaged. You watched one video about Y? Whole feed is now about Y for the next week. I find better videos browsing incognito sometimes.

  • Yeah I think consciousness is evidence in and of itself that the universe can organize into a higher order. It would be conceited to claim that because I obtained consciousness that means I can understand how that higher order functions. My consciousness will never reform exactly how it is now, but that is just a reflection of an ever changing universe.
