I don't read DMs.

  • Just needs a couple of steel shelf brackets like this. That should do it. Steel is really strong, you might think you could bend these with your hands, but you couldn't.

  • Make shitty decisions, like letting AI make decisions.

  • I'm the neighbor, let the kids scream. It's like a damn ghost town around here.

  • It's quite the mass experiment we're doing here. Seems irresponsible of parents to allow this.

Teach your kids that AI is shit from the start. And, while you're at it model responsible use of tech generally. If you sit staring at your phone, that's what your kid will do.

  • I don't remember, that was a long time ago, but I think the answer must have been B., considering the rest of the game.

Yes, I played the game in 1987.

    Yes, I'm old.

  • Armed bodyguards for billionaires are now pariahs. If you know one, isolate them, tell everyone who they are, and the boot they lick. More hated than the glassholes.

  • Not for nothing, but I'm sincerely surprised CS2 still has so many players.

I stopped playing twenty years ago, because the kids were kicking my ass.

  • Trump is once again betraying the billionaires who support him? Ya don't say. Hmm.

  • All of John's mirrors are mounted above shoulder height.

  • I have a few stories, don't we all?

I was fucking abducted and put on stage, I don't owe these people anything. But, I can talk for 30 minutes about myself, that's all they're getting from me. Also, they'd better shut the fuck up and listen, I don't want to be there, I'm doing them a favor.

  • "Proved them wrong" implies they made a mistake. "Showed they were lying" would be more accurate.

  • As much as I'd like a bigger TV with OLED, I'll be sticking with my old Toshiba dumb TV. It's good enough and doesn't even know the internet exists.

  • Could be something as simple as a timeout. Three years of no connection, and it cuts you off.

  • There needs to be rules on what can and can't be posted, otherwise, there's no reason for communities, and we'd all need to just search a big bucket for whatever we were interested in, or just scroll forever.

That said, yeah, a question community should allow any type of question, and if over time, the "how do I..." questions take over, then so be it. This becomes help community, because that's what the people want.

Upvoting and downvoting should be enough for the people to decide what they want for their community. It should not be so heavily guarded by mods. Moderation, not dictation.

  • I'm 60.

  • This seems like a big deal, but I haven't watched broadcast TV in more than ten years, so I dunno.

I mean, it will still air on every channel MAGA watches, so that's what matters, right?

  • I only get visits like this around feeding time.

  • Someone should tell them they can buy yeast in the store.

  • Fuck you Tom Homan, you fuckin' fascist.

    Go die.
