  • I have a benign tremor in both hands. I drop it several times a week. Sometimes just to the floor, sometimes, when I try to catch it and make things worse it's catapulted through the room somehow.

    Don't know what nokia uses for their screens but I have this phone for the years now, no screen protector but a thin case and no cracks or dents.

    What you describe makes sense from a realistic standpoint BUT I don't see why we shouldn't hold corporations to a higher standard since they are selling this exact higher standard to us.

    Yes Fastfood workers likely aren't paid enough to care about customized orders but that isn't a ME problem. It's the company's problem since they can't keep up with their promises. So time to hold them responsible.

    Also my two cents to add to the general issue: if I can't cater to custom needs or don't want to, I can still lie to the customer and tell them it's not possible instead of risking to kill them through my apathy.

  • What you are describing sounds like Wurstsalat. But usually it's eaten with bread (dark stone oven bread is best because the bitterness matches the vinegar and onions) and the dressing is only vinegar and oil.

    Local versions are "Schweizer Wurstsalat" (Swiss sausage salad) where you add cheese like Swiss or mild mountain cheese and "Lumpe'supp / Lumpensuppe'" (rag soup) which is made with blood sausage and very strong cheese like Romadur.
