  • The article didn't specify memories, just a reversion to a juvenile form and rebirth. For the sake of my OP, let's assume no memory transference. Just the biological rebirth of you.

As to the good and bad in life, there have never been guarentees in life. You play the cards you have and get what you get. Sometimes terrible and unfair and cruel, and sometimes great and easy. Usually somewhere in between with a mix of both.

  • Cool man.

  • True.

  • Not an uncommon answer in this thread.

  • All true. Every life would be lived anew but times change, so you would see the futures beyond a single human life.

  • I see your point. We are a very short sighted species.

  • I wonder. You hear about twins seperated at birth that end up doing similar things.

  • You wouldn't remember them, I think.

  • I think so.

  • Good point. Perhaps you could survive until genetic medicine could fix it.

  • Queen, Montreal 1981. U2 Rattle and Hum Depeche Mode, Some Great Reward Most of the Lolapaloozas especially 91, 92 & 93

  • It does. May the sun shine gently on you both.

  • You could love and be loved again.

  • I had not considered the distinction. Interesting.

  • Like the jellyfish, you die and a baby pops out of your corpse. So die in Europe I guess.

  • Well now I'm sad. Hope things get better soon for you.

  • Yeah. You die, become a baby and get adopted (hopefully) by whoever finds you.

  • Similar, but not a clone. It's really you just rejuvenating. I agree, without memories it loses its luster, but imortality. You could be a daredevil and not die. You could try anything and everything and still come back. Though I assume you would need to retain this awareness instinctually to know.

If you could be reborn forever, would you want to?

What do you think happens when you die?
