  • This comment made me uncomfortable.

  • Oh My Fucking God… you’re talking about making a statement and then adding the /s as an implication of it being sarcastic, basically asking if there is any historic literature with one or more sarcastic sentences

    Dude…

People who know about sarcastic historic literature have literally no interest in doomscrolling Reddit and the likes to the extent of knowing what /s means

  • There once was an explosion the size of Russia because the coal and oil underneath it got in contact with magma, killing 99.8% of all life on earth (before the dinosaurs) 🦕🦖- this process released more CO2 in the atmosphere than if we would burn all the fossil fuel today (I’ve forgotten by how much more)

Earth took its time, couple million years, but the carbon-silicate balance was restored. Edit: Fun fact 2 - during this time there are records of winds >800 mph, acid rain and temperatures >180°F

Fun fact: There was not a single mass extinction because of the shift of the magnetic poles, all mass extinctions can be linked to the carbon-silicate balance.

  • I‘m doing a 6-2 job in finances on autopilot while mentally at another place to not be drained when I follow my hobbies after work

  • Depending on the religion, yes. Otherwise it‘s 12 years per mother, 14 if you’re late.

  • That’s why I sleep at work. It’s the most restful sleep because you sleep with a clear conscience, knowing you’re getting paid for it.

  • *intelligent people. Problem is that dumb people lack the cognitive capacity for the long term planning to understand the the financial burden of a kid would mean significant loss of standards if not getting a raise beforehand

  • If you plan on going to Dubai, there is a McDonalds in the Burj Khalifa. There I got a spicy chicken burger. It was crispy, extremely delicious and they used a deboned thigh as the patty!

  • I was about to say something against it, but the only long processes I could think of were fermentation and pickling and they make stuff delicious - and those aren’t industrial.

  • Seems like this is the solution to a problem. I wonder if a change of jobs would make him quit the pot.

  • Science: I say it is so because I can not disprove it.

Also science: I was able to disprove it, but what if..?

  • 2025 be like

  • I took a bath until 10, then played Ōkami until 11:45, opened a beer, watched the fireworks and went to bed.

  • I did not like Chernobyl one bit. Well while it was good at some points, the scientific inaccuracy was just too much to bear.

That little cut in the shoe? Yeah, it’s impossible to die from that.

  • Kind of agree with you. I liked it until endgame, but it was a downward slope afterwards

  • I always wanted to create a wizard, who war’s wizard robes, has a staff and such, even knows spells!

But at level 2 and agzerwards he goes full barbarian, yet never changes his outfit away from wizard.

Preferably two light swords, one in each hand - but only while combat! Outside of combat, he’s just a noble wizard. When someone asks if he really is a wizard, he uses his low level spells to convince the people.

    Kind of like Dumbbelldore
