I've worked at at least 3 high end pizzarias. We used a blend of mow moisture mozzarella, and low moisture ricotta in all our pizzas, strombolis and calzones.
I just wish the math was done about 75-80 years earlier than it was. If someone had shown the founders the mathematical proof that FPTP would lead to a two party system, Washington would have railed against it. He hated political parties in general, and would have absolutely hated the idea of a two party system.
