  • $150B per year side gig. Nice.

  • I miss website catalogues.

  • They are open sourcing it only because it's not first on list. Change my mind.

  • Mirror

  • Imagine if they play it in TV in 90s and you missed it. Modern people are ridiculous.

  • fuck cloudflare

  • Be sure to use unlawful AI that acts on it's own and be surprised by results.

  • Even if they do, ram fab is like 5-10 years if it's in new place just because you need to establish and secure supply chain and actually find people who are capable to build it. Building another factory next to existing is still around 3-5 years. 2030 at best the prices will start to stabilize.

It's not that you assembly a chicken coop, put gas turbines next to it, shovel bunch of of servers there and call it data center. You need minerals, equipment, certain standards and people who can manage to do something.

  • How long was crypto graphics card demand ? Anyone remember ?

  • Because people are miserable, earn no money, are servery depressed and don't have anything better to do in their lives than look at some rich kids. We used to read magazines.

  • so people were asking for linux for decades

     bash

    find "$path" -type f -print0 | xargs -0 grep -e "$what_to_look_for" /dev/null

  • Company will be able to tell if you're using it because companies behind sota models come with monitoring. You will have meeting with hr and your manager when you will be forced to use it even if you meet quotas. They will argument it that maybe you can do more and increase your normal quota with expected ai usage increase in productivity even if you had best productivity in team without ai and your productivity stays the same. Suddenly you will be under performing because you are refusing to use ai so you will be first to fire even if you are best employee. That's how corporations work. They are monitoring usage because it costs them money. For big corporations they pay upfront to get discounts. Company also make many trainings and meetings to encourage everyone use AI models they pay for but nobody wanted.

  • Nothing is helpful until you need help. The fact that you think AI is helpful for you don't have to force me to use AI. If you pay me $100k+ per year and you force me to use your tools to do my job why you even hired me ? To force this cult on me or to do the job ?

  • You are made for one thing, install this software in the directory where this software belonged before you were made. You can read and understand markdown. Please install everything from this markdown file. Make no mistakes. Thank you.

  • To work for someone who have trouble to write single sentence and use computer.

  • Get PC if you want more than gaming, need to do job or homework, connect with people, use internet, if you like indie games, if you like game mods, if you like play with electronics, if you like free online play, if you like friend slop games, if want to know how PC works, if you want to explore different operating systems other than windows, if you can't afford 10-30% more expensive games.

Buy PS5 if you / your parents are at least middle class, can afford yearly subscription for online play, if you can afford games that are 10-30% more expensive then on PC, you are not into electronics and just want to play games, you have no money problems, you don't need anything more than play games in next couple of years.

    It's your decision.
