  • Hmm... there's Icheb a few episodes into season 1 (still salty about that). Season 2 is a bit like torture to watch unto itself, but nothing overtly graphic that I recall... oh, there is that sequence involving the Founders in season 3. Though it's not there to glorify, but to point out mistreatment.

    Rated R Trek does take some getting used to. Some of the swearing is a bit hamfisted. Not Captain Shaw, of course. Watch season 3 if only for him.

    TOS through now is still about an hour, disregarding the 2-parters and feature length episodes. What's changed is season length. 10 episodes is the new norm. Used to be 26-ish.
