    For depression that person can get help themselves (though of course that can be difficult to get the nerve to see a therapist/doctor) and anyone else, again, is not really qualified to treat/help you. Hence the advice in the meme.

    Edit- to see what I mean, they talked to NO ONE except Micah Roberts who only offered an opinion on if attitudes towards socialism would shift (and works at a think tank.)
