  • There are multiple implementations, the one often found on linux is glibc, you can find the source code for that online. printf is going to be a small wrapper for vfprintf though, so that is where you will probably find what you are looking for

  • I'm need to save high speed radio samples, think a single super high speed ~100MHz audio wav recording, so not really compressible and can use large block IO. Thankfully it's about as close to a synthetic write test as you could get. I ended up getting the Samsung

  • How is that? I need good >250MB/s sustained synchronous transfer for saving real time sample data, does the random 4k io still impact that?
