  • This comment should have been the post.

  • EU actually gets changes done tho.

  • He cant, but he wants to. Which is important.

We should never take something away from an action with good intentions, just because others want to stop him.

Thats not how we get the change in the end. Because someday it might succeed.

  • Investors are the poison of everything in every sector ever. It's never anything else but profit over insert everything else

  • Yeah, the US uses no propaganda whatsoever. :)

  • Literally insane that you can even put that in an agreement to being with.

  • Doesnt matter if it's in kindergarten level reading, as long as it's a few paragraphs long, people will accept it.

  • It probably says somewhere in the ToS, which is still a fucking disgrace that those exists, without having to make clear and obvious bullet points you click "consent".

Even having to make consent multiple times should be mandatory for every shit they try to do.

Solution if users shouldnt hit consent multiple times? Dont do shady shit.

  • This is only to replace it with Palintir. Which makes this much, much worse.

  • In this case I hope for less offerings and a shittier product.

  • This fee is very impactful. If they are going to pay it.

How do you think users will pay for it?

  • Only the EU will ever give those kind of fines in that scale. In the US they will lobby (corrupt) their way out of it to get a symbolic slap on the wrist.

Or just make an AI post with Trump portrayed as God or something.

  • Why tf do they need to order that?! Meta should fucking remove it immideatly themselves!

  • The point of the article is that they want to develop their own drugs. Not just hand over the model to drug companies for them to use and discover drugs.

The method is not new. But it's new that Antrophic will have a drug division.

  • Well, AI for drugs is not a bad idea. Only because they can go through possible strings very fast, and then come up with some solutions to try.

AI is not in charge of testing, because how could it.

But drugs developed by AI, SHOULD be royalty free. But we all know it wont.

  • That's the thing isnt it. It's forcing AI companies to shut them down and only provide them to people the US government has a deal with, themselves and the elites.

We cant have power to the people.

  • Imagine a population so stupid, that you can just say "clean coal" and it fucking works.

  • Fucking hell, can we get an age and qualification limit on politicians already?

  • Nah, they think they can stay in power of the country with this deal.

Worlds biggest survalliance and propaganda machine is moving in, and you can be 100% sure it will be used in elections.
