The problem has more to do with education and information (as in media), that many citizens are not being educated and informed to a level/quality allowing them to vote in their best interest.
200% tariff on Champagne? How is this going to help US ? How is this going to hurt France ? Pretty sure champagne will sell no matter the price. This cannot favor US producers since Champagne can only come from Champagne in France. If you make the same sparkling wine in US it cannot be called Champagne and it will sell at a much much lower price and rich people will not be interested to buy it.

I think the point here is to have a part stronger than a 100% infill part. But you are right, 3D printing filament is very expensive. I have recently posted a project where I use plaster as a fill material.

I believe that Asian women tend to think European men will be more progressive, more respectful than Asian men, maybe letting their guard down a bit. That's very bad that all women have to stay so vigilant all the time. Systemic misogyny is still very much a thing even in the most progressive western countries...
Anyway, I can give a small personal anecdote as a white European man, while I was dating using dating apps in Europe. The only women I ever managed to meet for a date were all Asians ! As an average looking guy, I gave every women on the platform equals chances. I guess I am not really "the type" European women are looking for, but somehow it seems I am popular among Asian women. I am now happily married for several years with one of this women :)
Yes, 3mf files have all the tweaks ready, but it's always a good idea to double check. Let me know on printables if you have any issues.
90% infill would be a lot of plastic. Much more expensive than the plaster, but you do you. For info, the finished base with the plaster weights something like 350g and it's a similar weight to the shade. PrusaSlicer give an estimate of the material use after slicing. I would recommend to do it only if the base would be at least 300g otherwise the lamp might not be very stable. Maybe you can optimize things by having 100% infill for a portion at the bottom (top of the model) and a 5% infill for the rest, to make the center of mass as low as possible.
