  • Cool design ! This sent me for a small research loop, wondering if there is any connection to the song from Muse Knights of Cydonia. The song came out in 2006 and the first manga in 2009. Most likely explanation is they are both named after the Cydonia region of Mars. Probably, the manga got translated back from Japanese phonetically.

  • I remember having a similar issue a long while back and I remember having some different kind of issues during installation steps, and also remember not finding any useful tips online...

    Not sure if this will solve your problem then but I remember I had to flash the installation media to a USB2 drive because non of my USB3 drives would successfully install windows. It would boot and allow me until the driver or partitioning step, but fail to install.

  • Best: Indian friend invited me to his wedding in India, 5 days straight of eating delicious food, rituals and ceremonies. As a European, this was entirely exotic to me. Also it was my first time in India and I did a little bit a tourist on the side of the events. Main wedding day had over 2000 people invited, traditional food service for lunch, ice cream booth. The ceremony was in an amphitheatre with the a temple built on stage entirely covered in flowers, it smelled very nice.

    Worst: my wedding 😅. Married during COVID in a foreign country, my family were not allowed to travel, country on lockdown. It was my wife and I, ceremony was 3 minutes top-chrono. Witnesses provided by the municipality. It was still a great time, we had the photoshoot after and spend the week exploring Copenhagen without tourists. We had a celebration with family and friends 2 years later, it was very humble but everyone was so happy to meet after all the isolation and it was a great time too.

  • Yes, some video have a 1080p Premium high nitrate quality option that you need to pay for. It's just the standard quality, but the free 1080p is now shitty.

    It's very sad there isn't anything that can even remotely compare to YouTube at this time. All the content is there, can't get it elsewhere. At least with Firefox, ublock and SponsorBlock, it's bearable.
