I'm not so sure, I'd rather have a prepopulated blocklist that I can further configure myself, as opposed to instance level blocks that I can't reverse.
That's possible. Everything after it is much faster, so I'd assumed it was reacting to some kind of failure event, but I'm not that knowledgeable about this. Edited for clarity.
You can daisy chain displayport, as long as you have the bandwidth for it. I think the real issue is not how many monitors, but just how many pixels you're trying to drive. Since secondary monitors are typically 1080p, the whole collection of them should be the same as a 4k main monitor.
Is there a good one for Canada in specific though? As far as I can tell the Orbic only works in the US, and as a result I'm not sure if I can trust the other devices, even if they're the same ITU region. Would the TP-Link work? The docs suggest it should work in the US as well as Europe.
I think this is going to be the solution. It sort of feels like I'm making something that doesn't exist for a reason, but oh well.
