Yeah it depends on the region. Here you can legally fly small drones more or less anywhere as long as you're not harassing people (recording or taking pictures through the windows would count as that though) and the operator is bound by gdpr for anything they share on the internet. Interfering with the drone is legally interfering with an aircraft though so if you start trying to shoot one down then it's legally similar to causing a full sized aircraft to crash. It depends on where you are but I'd try to contact whatever air administration you have and inform them.

You mean like the whole rigged 2d animations where they just deform an image instead of having it move properly? I hate that.
