  • It would be bad. Governments like one solution that fits all. That is impossible over geographic regions. Take the EU, rules that apply to Denmark about housing insulation would be horrific if implemented in Spain.

  • Contact your bank, phone provider see if they have additional security questions to access your account like a pin or passphrase. Freezing your credit score will also be a good idea.

    You log every single time they interfere with your life, no matter how small, a phone call at odd hours, contacting you at a workplace, impersonating you for access to your bank or phone records. Then you try to get a no contact order from the courts.

    Now that sounds simple, but I have no doubt it won't be.

  • We have a custom cross platform CLI tool for managing our sovereign cloud which I use quite a bit. But I cheat as a daily windows user and have Debian installed in WSL.

    The only windows specific things I run is route print when troubleshooting our remote access VPN, TNC ( test net connection, I can never remember where the hyphen goes), and our own tool.

    Its kinda sad, due to the corporate spyware its faster to launch a WSL console then it is to launch powershell most of the time.

  • My personal bad take is it's trying to be an oversized pi but kinda failed. Arm processor, high idle tdp, 10g baseT, and selling itself with a kernal hack of a kernal hack.

    Would be interesting how the power drops by switching the baseT with SFP+ slots.
