  • I should start saying “like a goat in a candy store”

  • And calling her a “DEI hire,” despite the fact that she was hired in the first Trump administration.

  • Translation. She was being impartial and wouldn’t direct her staff into making up bullshit lies to support bad MAGA bills.

  • 12oz at 35% APV. That’s more than double Old English.

  • This tantrum, brought to you by an old rich man who didn’t like the water pressure in his Vegas penthouse. It wasn’t strong enough to blast the layers of orange makeup off his neck vagina.

  • Those are mighty strong word form an American man who drinks tea.

  • Someone should question why he drinks tea, and not black coffee, like a real merican

  • These fuckers are making life real hard for the people writing King Pin in the new Daredevil.

At the beginning of 2024 they wrote and filmed a bunch of evil comic book villain stuff, and by the time the show aired, the Trump administration already did most of that shit in real life.

  • No prob dawg

  • As someone who manufactures stuff, I can attest that we’re almost all looking at other countries, not standing up US manufacturing.

Standing up manufacturing in the US takes too long and costs too much for us to do when we’re going into a recession.

  • I imagine he’s still against birth control, gay marriage, women priests, etc. He’s pretty conservative.

That said, he’s for not treating others like total shit, even people you don’t know. Also he spoke in Italian, instead of English, while giving his first speech in Italy to a crowd dominated by Italians. So MAGA hates him.

  • Imagine being more conservative than the Catholic Church.

  • Affinity, Photopea, etc. There are a few.

  • They tried to buy Figma, but getting past the regulators was too hard. It was clearly a play to monopolize UX design just like the did with graphic design.

  • Figma is a vector drawing app that was originally for UX design (an Adobe XD competitor), but they just added a bunch of graphic design tools that compete with Adobe Illustrator.

Canva does a lot of raster and vector image editing that originally targeted people that were not design pros, but they’ve been adding a lot of features that allow people to make some professional quality stuff stuff with ease.

All in all, both companies are growing into the spaces Adobe dominated. If you were a UX designer who needed to occasionally use Illustrator for a more detailed illustration, maybe you no longer need that Adobe CS license.

  • My guess is that Canva and Figma are 90% of the reason why people are no longer confident in Adobe as a company.

  • I’m out of the loop.

I’m not down with hoarding of wealth or the shit software he’s made, but what are the allegations against Gates? (The legit ones, not the “he’s putting microchips in Covid vaccines” shit)

  • Don’t worry, the guys in charge of the stock pile were asked to comeback after they were fired. And they probably came back. Maybe.

  • Looking at the downvotes, remember upvoting an article ≠ an endorsement of the shitty technology being discussed in the article.

We shit on the technology in the comments, and upvote it so more of us can read about it and shit on it.
