  • I will say from what I remember, it was easier to understand than castopod in terms of usage and getting started. When I get the itch to podcast again I’ll likely land on your app first!

  • Ha! That’s funny. I tried it a few months ago and liked it. Maybe I’ll have to revisit it but my server hdd just died and with prices the way they are I e been dragging my feet. I like your project though!! More 2.0 support the better!!

  • Post the link and people will check it out. Is it much different than HarborFM? I’ve played with many podcast apps so I’m curious what you got cooking. Does it support podcast 2.0 name space?

  • This was probably my all time favorite as a kid. Tried to get my kids into it but it just didn’t land for them. I tried to go back and watch the muppet show a few times and I honestly think it’s be more inclined to watch a muppet babies over the muppet show lol. Maybe I’m try to find it in French or Spanish to practice

  • Fun thread.

    What I consider obscure:

Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog

    Tales from the Cryptkeeper

    Big Bad Beetleborgs

    Beakmans world

    Muppet babies

    Darkwing Duck

    Not obscure:

    Pepper Ann

Buzz light year of star command

    Guts

Are you afraid of the dark

    Ghost writer

    Legend of the hidden temple

    What would you do

    All that

    Angry beavers

    Cat dog

    Invader zim

    Rockos modern life

    REN and stimpy

    Street sharks

    Biker mice from mars

    Batman beyond

    Digimon

    Johnny bravo

Bear in the big blue house

    Recess

    Beast wars

    Beetle juice

    Animaniacs

    Reading rainbow

    Wishbone

    Big comfy couch

  • I use social media a lot less which I like. I like that it’s a smaller area that seems to grow organically. I like that there are different ways to engage and it’s interoperable.

The concept is still confusing at times but I think it’s better for me than non-federated options.

  • I’ve been really curious about the open centauri project. Does it seem pretty stable and safe at this point?

  • 3DPrinting @lemmy.world

People that have a Centauri Carbon, how are you feeling right now?

  • Thanks!! I’ll set things up today 😁

  • Why are you collecting email addresses and full names for test flight access? When I’ve done test flight in the past for other devs they have never asked for that. It’s just been a link that opens directly in the test flight app.

  • I really enjoy it. Coming from an ender3 and ender3 neo the speed and reliability of the ECC is incredible. I don’t mind the single color. The software is ok but lacks a lot of nice things that I’m use to having from octoprint

  • I know people have complained in the past about the quality of this sites rss going down hill. Well, I guess good rss is paywalled. I believe good content should have value returned to it but I don’t feel great about rss getting locked down.

  • selfh.st: improper etiquette by 2010 standards? (trackers, no RSS) Thoughts?

  • The RSS is a disappointment. I’ve been following that site since day one. I use NetNewsWire for my app. There is a web view toggle that shows maybe 70% of the content correctly. The updates and new software don’t render correctly.

It use to work fine, I want to say this is something to do with the ghost platform. It drives you to the web site. I’d be more inclined to just go to the website every Friday rather than have a broken rss.

  • I can understand that sentiment. I think specific communities are important for troubleshooting, information gathering and support.

  • Not that I’ve seen. That would make for a good started pack though!

  • Oh yikes. I had issues with their warranty people seal when ordering. It eventually got worked out but I chalked it up to them being slammed with stuff with the new release. Here’s hoping I don’t have any show stopping issues.

  • Yeah not thrilled about being locked into an ecosystem but at least the cost of entry is less than others.

I typically only print in PLA but will branch out on this new machine. My others are all ender 3s with some upgrades so they will get a lot less use now.

  • I use LSIO container stack so SWAG for the proxy. They have really good documentation and active discord docs.linuxserver.io

  • I’m in the metro area! Throw me in the lottery please!
