Since we seem similar I’ll recommend keeping a pen and paper on you always and just writing stream of consciousness no rules. I really enjoy this :)
I get you. I write down my daily tasks but then put into reminders. You might enjoy running baikal on your server for caldav. It syncs well with iPhone and everything else
If you end up setting up a new server, downloading something like fedora server, installing docker, then portainer via CLI is very easy. Then you can use the portainer interface to manage your installs. If you end up doing this I would be happy to chat.
If you end up running a Linux server, rsync files instead of moving them to confirm they’re there without issue before deleting.
As for keeping your data safe, I would increase your backup frequency to at least once a week. Also keep your two backup drives in different locations in case something happens.
The best thing I ever did was fast 16 ish hours until after noon then broke with a light healthy snack. You can almost eat whatever you want after that because you eliminating 1/3 of your meals. I lost a ton of weight that way
I have many iPods but I tried this and it sort of sucked. Idk I guess some people need it for some reason
