They're using a signed 32-bit integer which can overflow to negative numbers. An unsigned integer would roll over to just 0, but then the joke wouldn't work.

What would your take on general relativity be in this case? The bug, the windshield and the relative velocity are 100% described by classical mechanics.
I think I might actually be lucky. I found one sweet deal already. So I think it's a likely candidate even though it's maybe a bit overkill for my setup.
In Germany parental leave is paid by the state and you can receive it instead of unemployment money. Probably true for other countries as well.
