  • I run !news_summary@lemmy.dbzer0.com and bypassing cloudflair, paywalls, anti bot filters, etc is way easyer compared to what anyone thinks.

    Their is no escape from web scrapers. Best u can do is poison ur images and obfuscate the page source.

  • Go read the source and review the model page on huggingface and u will find thats not at all true for my implementation. The model im using provides a summary 60% identical to that of a human summary and >95% accurate in maintaining the original meaning.

    Plus 99% is one hell of a an exaggeration.

    Gotta love a grift published with an agpl licence. Invented it just to make money from these suckers who will buy anything with the letters AI on it.

    Im not generating any articles, images, research etc. Im taking an existing article from an ecisting news source im summarising the article text using a purpise build summarisation model (the model has 60% identical output to that of a human, and >95% retention of meaning) the original article link is still posted with the summary.

    The bot exists in its own community. If u dont like it block the community and/or the bot.

    It Obviously couldnt summarise 1 word into multiple words anf thus tried its best.
