  • Im from australia we already got free healthcare and rent isnt too bad yet. I forget how fucked ur system over in the states is. Ur real issue is first past the post ellections and voting isnt mandatory.

  • My favourite is when docker refuses to build unless u enable the no cache options. It claims no disk space (it has plenty, might be some issue with qubes and dynamic disk sizing). I set up a network cache to cache packages at the network level its saved me years in build time.

  • I see ur point but just kinda sounds like censorship with extra steps. For example we have seen the american courts are racist, sexist, classist, unfair cesspools, its nessasary evil to maibtain civil order but i dont want those same standards applied to speach.

    Also from a philosophical point of view free speach and the marketplace of ideas is the fundamental building block upon which democraticy itself is build.

  • We are yet to see. My guess is they charge the kid for providing social media to an underaged user (themselves). Will be very interesting to watch ngl. Also idk how they gonna implement it cos i sure as shit aint handing over my id to the social media companies.
