  • Hehe I took the early retirement last year, and they're going to pay me several thousand dollars a month for the rest of my life to do nothing. I'm only 51, so it's likely to be a while. I've started a second career as a photographer, and my health insurance is through my retirement.

I made more working for them, but they're going to pay me for a few decades to not do anything!

  • And you are outta here!

  • JD Vance better watch out.

  • I deride your truth-handling abilities!

  • Hey they gotta make the smaller cars suck as much as possible so they can sell more huge SUVs. Won't someone please think of the SUVs?

  • We have three cats and a dog. We do not need more pets. But part of me is like, "If I had to rescue a cat...." or "Maybe I could foster a cat!"

I'd save all of them if I could.

  • There's a group on Facebook called Treksons where people post Star Trek/Simpsons mashups like this. Futurama sometimes sneaks in, too. It's really hilarious, and I highly recommend it if you're on Facebook and like both shows.

  • I had the same for my last guard (to keep me from grinding teeth at night). The previous guard relied on a mold, which I swear loosened a filling that fell out a week or two later.

The tech is pretty amazing. They still need a drill though.

  • Ever had a tooth pulled? The description does sound pretty quick and clean.

  • draws sword

  • Another thing I noticed is that the character is named Dilberg. That's awfully close to Dilbert, and combined with the office setting it feels like it has to be a reference.

    The tie is pure Dilbert.

because the Dilbert guy is a twat

Was a twat. He died back in January!

  • I had a cat that demonstrated this to me a few times. When he saw a cat outside, it he couldn't smell the other cat, he'd start howling. One time he did it at the sliding glass door in the house, another time we were in an RV, and he spotted a cat walking across the campground and started screaming... At 2 am. I woke up thinking someone had broken in and was trying to kill him.

A few other times, the door was open (screen closed) or a window was open (again with a screen), and he remained silent and just watched the other cat.

  • I laughed through that entire scene, missing most of the dialog, then I had to explain why it was so funny to my wife.

  • I'm an independent contractor and deduct mileage from my taxes.

  • Last I heard, it was still up.

  • Art of the deal, indeed.

When do I get a refund for all the extra money I paid for fuel over the past few months? My job involves driving - I've put about 5,000 miles on my car since the beginning of April - so I'm definitely noticing the difference.

  • It's horror the first time. Comedy on re-watch.

  • Don't forget raging at The Weather Channel because they predicted a 60% chance of thunderstorms. Even the weather forecast is woke, apparently.
