The other (change the behavior of DNC reps) forces abandonment of AIPAC funding and sets all aipac support on the republican side. If the dems stop taking aipac cash they stand a chance of winning, and dem voters will get off their couches because they can hold their head up high again. Dem voters overwhelmingly (80%) do not support aipac's genocide. Its more than enough to form a party win around, and reforge what democrats stand for.
