  • Article mentions that Gemini 2.0 Flash Lite, Gemini 3 Flash and Gemini 3 Pro have passed the test. All these 3 also did it 10 out of 10 times without being wrong. Even Gemini 2.5 shares highest score in the category of "below 6 right answers". Guess, Gemini is the closest to "intelligence" out of a bunch.

  • Went to test to google AI first and it says "You cant wash your car at a carwash if it is parked at home, dummy"

Chatgpt and Deepseek says it is dumb to drive cause it is fuel inefficient.

I am honestly surprised that google AI got it right.

  • I saw a woman with voluminous hair with a head that is a potato

  • One by one looking at peoples phones like that is annoying. But when all 3 of them watch with their binoculars, spotting scopes and looking glasses, it is hilarious AF.

  • Velcro ties?

5 bucks for a decently big roll. Always useful.

  • Gas jet lighter. I do not smoke. But when people ask for a lighter and I pull my lighter out, they always ask "How come YOU have a lighter?" Funny every time.

  • Nice to see a fellow Primus enjoyer once in a while.

  • I sure do hope that once anti-ICE users catch a wind of this, they'd move to lemmy, Signal and selfhosted platforms ASAP.

  • Selling our data implies that we get to have profits.

Life is better without companies selling our data.

Might be tad more on point.

  • What did Snapchat and TikTok settle for? Did they just pay money to not to expose themselves in court? Or did they actually settled to FUCKING FINALLY crack down on addiction and other issues on their platform? (x) Doubt

  • Cant. My nas is weak and cant run unraid. Raid5 and Raid6 is what I can achieve.

  • Most of my storage is media - movies and series. Immich, Nextcloud and personal files take little less than 300GB. I do backups weekly to NAS storage, monthly to storage SSD in my PC and to an external HDD. I am looking into way to somehow be able to backup to a rpi3 that I have installed at my father's place. This might cover my 3-2-1 needs, just need to figure out that 1.

  • I had purchased first 12TB drive for 4 bay NAS last summer. These are fuckton expensive so couldnt get all 4. I finally saved up and bought 2nd 12TB drive to get to RAID 1 for redundancy. Not even month passed, WD reports no more drives. Shop where I got one reports out of stock. FUCK!

Fuck AI and fuck big tech. I got my 12tb cloud and will give you 0 money in near future.

  • JFC this headline. BREAKING NEWS: Healthy people die off an old age.

  • I fucking wish. If I delete insta, facebook and whatsapp, I cut 99% of friends, my family and my wife. I can probably delete FB and insta, but whatsapp is like impossible to get rid of. Everyone is on it.

Maybe in future EU moves to something else, then deleting would be possible. But as of now, it is not.

  • I just have bouth 12TB WD off their site last month. Checked right now - Sales Inquiry instead of Add to cart. Rip...

  • Not exactly. This is just a requesting frontend that can be accessed with either Plex/Jellyfin account or a custom one. Seer then has a contact with Radarr and Sonarr to automate their searches of media. Radarr and Sonarr is what is connected to a downloading client (either torrenting client, usenet or seedbox).

One can skip Seer and just use Radarr and Sonarr as is.

  • Out of all services I run, my wife has as registered user on 3 of them, which are Immich, Nextcloud and Jellyfin. She basically uses only Immich cause it fucking rocks and she loves it!
