  • Chili cheese burritos are the best. Some locations have them, some don't. Of the two closest locations to me, one has them all the time, one doesn't. Dunno why. I used to think it was a regional thing but these two are only like five miles apart so who knows.

    I did notice that chili cheese burritos and enchiritos are currently on their new/limited time menu so you may be in luck right now if you're really jonesing for one.

    As I sit here and think about it now, I kinda wonder if it's because neither one of them uses lettuce so it was a quick and easy way to get something "new" on the menu that wouldn't require an apology for missing ingredients.

  • I accidentally bypassed the paywall by clicking one of the links to a different article (the "Go fuck yourself, Bambu" link to GN) and then clicking the back button. When I landed back on the Verge article, the "subscribe to the verge to continue reading" message was gone and I had the full article text.

    Only worked once tho, I just tried to do it again and I still get the "subscribe" message now.

  • Meat Church Holy Voodoo is my favorite ever. It's Cajun-ish but a little less spicy. Technically a dry rub more than a cooking spice blend I suppose, but I have occasionally used it in place of real Cajun when I wanted the flavor but not the heat, and never had any complaints. All the Meat Church rubs are just fantastic.
