  • Material science simulations, Weather and climate modeling, Protein and genetic analysis and modeling, Video games and CGI, Logistics and scheduling

  • As well for sure. Just the US also has factions trying to secure well paying union jobs as part of this. Both factions have had a voice towards protectionism but it wasn't till it was war hawks trying to secure authoritarian (aka fascist) powers made moves did the needle really move.

  • We have stakeholders that could help produce a stronger synergy so NatGas on some at least. Can we mix them?

  • People act like these series of events have pushed humanity forward. We are seeing the US, EU, and China all try to do as well as they were during the era of freer trade. Unfortunately for both China and the US the primary reasons for them pushing for this less then world is mostly desire to have their respective state dominate more people's then they can now.

  • Slate and Mutaniy Motors are the only ones to give me a lil hope.

Otherwise it's Edison Motors from Canada

Everyone else is stuck in the past or China looking to revolutionize the market with checks notes slavery and public investment.

  • Oddly infra wise one the best bets I've come up with is a crypto DAO running on GCP (they accept crypto). Totally p2p is clearly better than this for public data processing and distribution though, but when you need a to process anything securely,/confidentially it's pretty lacking. Federation helps cover some gaps too.

  • Im glad they figured out the US was starting to develop a lead in life science and are going out of there way to hobble us. /s

  • Had to hunt for that cancel button myself what a pain

  • Rancher Desktop?

    K3d?

    Or something else?

  • Broken clock

More so his interests on this particular subject happen to align him better with the plurality of people

  • I agree there is no current law for it. It just feels like there should be some kind of obligation to ensure records are preserved. With heavy enforcement for mass operations of record destruction.

  • No worries. Language is all made up anyways and full of weird origins and understandings. For all I know Lola does have some ancient freaky origin lol

  • Yeah like Lola Rabbit or Lola by The Kinks. ...

I swear I know a Lola or two IRL but dang my what came into mind pop culture wise really only kind of helps. Neither are Lolita related at least

  • "Don't put your mouth where you wouldn't put your fingers first"

"If you don't want dirt on your dick when you ride a horse use a blanket or keep your pants on"

"Hey, keep your own tissues and lotion in your room"

"I had a patient that had gonoria so bad that he just tried ignoring it. We had to peel those nasty underwear off of him, smelling liked something died. Anyways wear a condom."

"God never says sex is a sin, we're even commanded to go have kids, but what makes lust a sin is when you get it twisted and think your desire matters more then someone elses humanity."

The actual "talk" never happened because I talked about sex with my parents (kids in school were talking about it in general) first and they said "I know you know about sex already but you should know it's not appropriate to talk about it with anyone yet, when you're older you'll get it for now just be a kid." Or something like that

  • Hey Lola is just a name. Lolita is a much different thing.

  • Destroying the an endangered book feels like it should be criminal no?

  • No no I just like seeing my work get used without any care or contribution back to create systems that absolutely don't care about the rights of the users too /s

  • The right to bare AIrms

  • /Var /Var/logs /Var/tmp /Tmp / /Home /Boot

Can all be separate partitions on an Enterprise Linux system. Cisa guidelines recommend some and additional mount configs since they have different roles
