Kind of. It allows Koreader apps to sync with other koreader apps, but there is no way to check the progress in CWA and it doesn't sync with CWA's web reader.
Yeah I'm fine with a folder that it regularly scans or something, I just don't want to have to properly tag everything/get cover art manually every time.
I currently use Komga for graphic novels (cdisplayex syncs progress with it). I had no idea it had Koreader support, maybe I'll give it more of a look.
I've thought about running wires too but I don't always want it playing in every room, and the convenience of "cast to [group A] [group B] etc is too convenient for my family to give up.

I actually looked into Wiim and it's really great, but you need to open the music in their app in order to do mutiroom. You can't just "cast" from Spotify or whatever.
Thanks, but I don't think that's it. I rebooted and also tried adding a new container to NGINX with a DuckDNS url and it won't load on the local network.
Hm, pinging works and shows my (external) IP. But no device I've tested can load the duckdns URL.
EDIT: Two of the URLS show the local IP replying when pinged. Not configured any differently so I'm not sure what's going on there. This was a PiHole thing apparently
The switch to CWA is very easy (I just did it recently) but I was sad to see the web reader doesn't sync progress with Koreader or other apps.
