  • Why not forgejo's built in ci/cd? Its worked great for me so far?

  • All my kubernetes nodes are Ubuntu but when I rebuild my cluster I'll probably moved to Talos. My Gaming Rig/Workstation runs Bazzite. My Dev laptop runs Aurora. The little differences between Aurora and Bazzite are a little irritating so if I ever have a reason to rebuild one I'll probably switch it.

The PIs run whatever is most convenient for their purpose.

My next NAS will probably run Unraid or TrueNAS, but for now its Synology.

  • It looks like they only provided the minimum legally required by their jurisdiction. If you want to be immune to this kind of identity discovery you'd need to find a secure email provider that takes either cash or monero, and has a reputation at least as good as Proton's.

  • Gadgetbridge is working on connectivity that should help connect it to things like Endurain. Thats probably our best bet.

  • Loops is pretty great these days

  • I love the sound of this. Kind of a decentralized Next door but better? I've been really wanting a place for some local communities to organize that isn't Facebook. Perhaps I'll spin up an instance and see if I can get some interest.

  • It was a lemon pepper marinade, so yeah.

  • Yeah, after seeing their response I'm quite satisfied. They're one of the good guys and I hope it stays that way.

  • A delicious dead animal.

  • Oooh. I need to make risotto again. That sounds so good.

  • Thats really disappointing. At least the selfhosted version means it would have to be a heavily targeted attack.

  • Thanks! It was a lot of fun to cook.

  • Oh, good call!

  • Thanks! Most of the black on the veggies is actually the balsamic I tossed it with. In hindsight I should have drizzled it rather than tossing it. Would have looked much better.

  • Thanks! They were really easy. I make them a lot now. Halve them, toss them in olive oil and salt, then roast them on a sheet pan for 30 min at 400F. The balsamic is just whatever balsamic vinegar you like reduced over low heat until its nice an syrupy.

  • Hahaha. Right? It was for my fiance.

  • I did! It was a perfect 130F in an hour.

  • Steak turned out perfect!
